Registration and Payment Overview (注册与费用概览):

The Association does not charge membership fees. However, participants are required to pay fees for specific activities, events, and competitions. Fees will be categorized as activity products to ensure clarity and flexibility for different offerings.

Activity Products and Fees (活动项目与费用):

The following activity products are available for registration:

  1. Event Registration Fees (活动注册费):
    • Includes seminars, workshops, cultural exchange programs, and more.
    • Fees will be determined based on the type of event.
  2. Competition Fees (比赛费用):
    • Covers entry into tournaments and competitions, including administration, venue, and prizes.
    • Specific fees will vary by competition.
  3. Specialized Training and Classes (专业培训与课程):
    • Includes advanced Tai Chi or Qigong classes, or training sessions with guest instructors.
    • Fees are calculated per session or course package.
  4. Merchandise or Materials (物品与材料):
    • Optional purchases, such as event merchandise, training materials, or traditional martial arts equipment.

How to Register and Pay (如何注册与付款):

  1. Registration Process (注册流程):
    • Select the desired activity product on the Association’s website or registration form.
    • Provide the required personal and contact information.
  2. Payment Methods (支付方式):
    • Electronic Payment Via bank transfer
    • Direct bank transfer of the total fees to:
    • Account Name: Australian-Chinese Wushu (KungFu) Culture Association Inc.
    • BSB: 633-000
    • Bank Account Number: 177456357
    • When making the transfer, please include your name in the description field of your banking app.
    • Save a PDF copy of the payment receipt and email it to the provided email address.
    • In-person payments: Pay at the Association office or event venue.
  3. Activity Confirmation (确认通知):
    • Once payment is received, participants will receive a confirmation email or message.
    • Keep proof of payment for verification at the event or activity.

Refund and Cancellation Policy (退款与取消政策):

  1. Refunds may be available under the following conditions:
    • If the activity or event is cancelled by the Association.
    • If participants notify the Association of withdrawal at least seven (7) days in advance.
  2. All refund requests must include proof of payment and a valid reason. Processing fees may apply.
