Shifu Daniel Yunkuo Wang is the President of Australian-Chinese Wushu (Kungfu) Culture Association Incorporated and the founder of Kung Fu Republic, established in Sydney, Australia, in 2000. Growing up in a Kung Fu family in China, he began training at the age of six under his grandfather, Fan Shu Long. As a 38th-generation lineage holder of Tai Yi Tai Chi Chuan, Shifu Wang has devoted his life to mastering and teaching both Nei Jia and Wai Jia Kung Fu. He also served as a scout team coach in the Chinese Army, earning multiple awards for his achievements. Shifu Wang is recognized as the first to propose the Australia Kung Fu Tai Chi Festival and successfully organize its inaugural event, laying the foundation for its future as an annual cultural celebration. His legacy continues to expand globally through his free online Kung Fu training platform and widely followed YouTube channel -Kung Fu Republic.

Born in Guangzhou in 1961, Sam has had a passion for martial arts and calligraphy since childhood. He immigrated to Australia in 1988 and began studying Tai Yi Tai Chi Chuan under Shifu Daniel Yunkuo Wang in Sydney. In 2010, he won first place in Tai Chi and Tai Chi Ball at the 8th Hong Kong International Martial Arts Festival. This year, Sam served as a Tai Chi judge at the inaugural Australia-China World Martial Arts Tai Chi competition.
Ye Jinsong, from Zhejiang, China, was born in August 1957. He began his martial arts journey at the age of 14 and joined the local martial arts group “Non-legacy Boat Fist Association” in his thirties. In his fifties, he transitioned to Tai Chi, studying over 20 sets of exercises, including Shaolin Fist (Boat Fist), Health Qigong, and Tai Chi Sword and Sword. Ye Jinsong is the proud instructor of the 61-member Lianxi Tai Chi Club in China, where all members are trained under his guidance.
Albert Liu, known online as Qi Huang Tai Chi, is a National Social Sports Instructor of China (2007), Tai Chi Sixth Duan (2014), First Level Health Qigong Master (2018), Senior Coach, and First Level Boxer (2015). He is a distinguished inheritor of the 12th generation of Chen-style Tai Chi and a disciple of Master Chen Zhenglei. He teaches the Qi Huang Tai Chi Wellness Class at Sydney CCA and the Tai Hao Tai Chi Class at the Henan Association of Australia. With over 30 years of experience in Tai Chi and more than 20 years in Health Qigong, Albert Liu integrates Tai Chi with various health Qigong practices, guiding students to achieve wellness, optimal health preservation, and recovery. He also draws on traditional Chinese medicine and classic texts like the “Huangdi Neijing” and “I Ching” to enhance his teachings.
Fengshan Zhang, born in 1957, began martial arts training in his childhood under several local masters. He specializes in Shaolin Fist and Tai Chi, later focusing on Qingfeng Sword, Shaolin Linked Saber, and Xingyi Whip Staff. With years of dedicated practice, he has won numerous domestic and international competition championships.
William Lo founded Blacktown Tai Chi in 2023, where he teaches traditional Tai Chi from the Tai Yi lineage. His school has earned recognition, winning 10 gold medals at the 2024 ACWKA Inaugural International Tai Chi and Wushu Invitational Competition, and has been featured in Australian Chinese Daily, SBS, and China News. William began his martial arts journey at 15 under the guidance of renowned Master Wang Yunkuo and is passionate about preserving and sharing the ancient traditions of Tai Chi.
Natalija Rezo has been a dedicated member of the ACWKCA Inc. since 2013, when she began her Tai Chi journey under the guidance of Master Yunkuo Wang. She has participated in several Tai Chi competitions in Sydney, winning multiple medals. With experience as a judging assistant at ACWKCA events, Natalija continues to refine her Tai Chi skills and contribute to the martial arts community.
Raymond Hanwei Wu is the founding president of the Australian Jing Wu Sports Association. He specializes in Jing Wu Boxing, Wing Chun, Tai Chi, and Tai Chi Push Hands. With a strong foundation in traditional Chinese martial arts, Raymond is dedicated to promoting and teaching these disciplines in Australia.
Daoxiang Yang has been practicing martial arts for many years, currently focusing on Tai Chi and Tai Chi weapons. He has participated in numerous international and domestic competitions, achieving outstanding results. In the 2024 ACWKCA International Competition, he won multiple championship titles in various categories.
Jonathon Dinallo is a dedicated martial artist under the guidance of Shifu Daniel Yunkuo Wang. He has refined his skills in Iron Sand Palm, Baguazhang, Daoist Tai Chi, Tai Chi Ball, Chin Na, and Praying Mantis Kung Fu. His diverse training and commitment to traditional martial arts have shaped his expertise.
